Welcome to AIMMS Server

      AIMMS suite is a web server to predict mutation-induced drug resistance. It is based on the computational mutation scanning (CMS) method developed by our group before, which is the combination of MD simulation and free energy perturbation(FEP)-based mutation scaning, proved to be a more precise and faster method than traditional approaches.This web server is further developed for better use of CMS. In this server, Parameter Generation Module is a tool to generate confactor parameter file. Mutation Scanning Module is a tool to evaluate all the possible mutants around the ligand in the complex. Site-Specific Mutation Module is a tool to evaluate the mutants that defined by user.
