AutoFlex-Dock is an automated and multifunctional web server to study the protein-ligand interactions (PLIs).
In AutoFlex-Dock, AutoDock docking engine, number of torsion bonds (NTBs)-based strategy, binding free energy and multiple binding poses analysis are well integrated to improve the prediction efficiency of PLIs. AutoFlex-Dock automizes docking workshop and visualizes PLIs, and is freely available in modern browsers without any pre-installation of software packages, accommodating users with different needs and levels of skills and experience. In addition to a series of open-access attachments (tutorials, graphic and tabular data, and project file included) that can be viewing online and downloading, the platform provides an online sharing and collaboration system for transferring and reusing evaluation data of protein-ligand binding between any researchers.
